We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Porto. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.
