As a Junior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will assist in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable for all patrons. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with menu selections
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that all guests' needs are met during their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to the manager when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service to customers

Requirements:
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This position is located in Porto, Portugal.

Note: This position does not require prior experience. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and willing to learn on the job. Full training will be provided.
