We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Land Surveyor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Record accurate measurements and data using surveying software
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results are incorporated into project plans
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure it is in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying is desirable but not required
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Must be able to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule

We offer competitive compensation of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. As this is a part-time role, accommodation will not be provided. However, we are happy to assist with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates of all nationalities.
