Job Title: Land Surveyor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Porto. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps and reports, and provide accurate measurements and data for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Identifying property boundaries and marking them using stakes or other markers
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate survey data for construction projects
- Ensuring the accuracy of survey measurements by following industry standards and protocols
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring its proper calibration
- Providing guidance on land use regulations and zoning laws to clients when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and drawings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
