Job Title: Contract Land Surveyor - Porto

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Porto. As a Contract Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed surveys of land and construction sites, using various tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise measurements and calculations to determine property boundaries, elevations, and positions of objects on land or construction sites.
- Utilize GPS, surveying software, and other equipment to collect data and create maps, charts, and reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.
- Conduct research on legal records, maps, and other documents to verify property ownership and boundaries.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on survey progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on construction sites or in potentially hazardous environments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment such as GPS, total stations, laser levels, etc.
- Proficient in using surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred).
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license.
