Administrator - Porto, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Porto. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide administrative support to different departments, such as HR, finance, and marketing
- Prepare and maintain important documents and reports
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Organize meetings and take meeting minutes when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail is a must
