Office Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Porto, Portugal
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto, Portugal. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and expenses
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Assist with recruiting and training new employees
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the office
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
