Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract them
- Attend sales meetings, events, and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Create and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
