We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Concierge to join our team in Porto. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services available
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and verifying identification
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities as requested
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, such as airport transfers or rental cars
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if necessary
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
