Seasonal Concierge in Porto, Portugal

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service? We are seeking a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our guests during their stay. As a concierge, you will act as the face of our company and be the go-to person for all guest inquiries. This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and services available in the area
- Assist with luggage handling and any other tasks requested by guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills for making reservations and handling guest requests
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
This is a paid seasonal position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in beautiful Porto, Portugal. Please note that this job does not include accommodation.

Preference:
While this job is suitable for both men and women, it may require physical tasks such as lifting luggage. Preference will be given to male candidates who are physically able to perform these tasks.
