As our Concierge, you will be responsible for creating extraordinary experiences for our guests by anticipating their needs and providing personalized recommendations and assistance. You will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and professional welcome
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, recommendations, and information about local attractions, events, and services
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Ensure all guest interactions are logged accurately in our system
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and services in Porto
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
