Computer Systems Analyst - Contract Position

Our technology company in Faro is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our computer systems and processes to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Develop and implement new systems, applications, and processes.
- Test and troubleshoot systems to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Train users on how to effectively use new systems.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
