Web Developer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites according to client specifications. You will work closely with our project managers and designers to ensure that all web development projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Collaborating with project managers and designers to understand client requirements and develop solutions
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Testing website functionality and identifying any bugs or issues
- Maintaining existing websites and making updates as needed
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility for all websites
- Optimizing website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Staying up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Developer
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other front-end languages/frameworks
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of back-end programming languages such as PHP or Python is a plus
Experience with database management systems (MySQL) is a plus
Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good communication skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal. Relocation assistance may be provided for non-local candidates.
