As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our company's computer network and systems. This will involve setting up, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security. You will also be responsible for managing user accounts and permissions, installing updates and patches, and providing technical support to employees.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills in networking, operating systems (such as Windows or Linux), virtualization technologies (such as VMware or Hyper-V), firewalls and security protocols. You should also have a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts like AWS or Azure. Additionally, knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with various network devices such as routers, switches, access points, firewalls, VPNs, etc. You should also be familiar with server management tools like Active Directory and Group Policy Management. Knowledge of backup solutions like Veeam or Acronis is a plus.
