Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate will have experience in network and systems administration, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing appropriate security measures
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and other hardware components
- Manage user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
