Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faro. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, we do require candidates to have a solid understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain computer systems by performing updates, backups, and virus scans
- Educate clients on proper use of computer systems and software
- Document all technical support activities in detail for future reference

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and technology (operating systems, hardware components, networking)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this entry-level position. We also provide on-the-job training to help you develop your skills further.
