DevOps Developer - Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Developer to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our company's software infrastructure and systems. This is a full time position, suitable for men with or without experience, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software infrastructure using modern tools and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions
- Troubleshoot issues in our software systems and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
- Ensure the security and scalability of our systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Ruby
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
- Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts
- Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
