As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. Your main goal will be to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve business operations and decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data. You must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various data analysis tools. Additionally, fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from different sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in the data
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings
- Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and provide insights
- Develop strategies for data quality improvement
- Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze large datasets
- Proficient in SQL databases and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical software (R or Python) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
