This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of freshers to achieve their goals and meet targets
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow within the team
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and achieve company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in leadership or management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Location: Faro, Portugal (Candidate must be open to relocation if not already based in Faro)
