Team Lead - Biometric Passport Processing
Location: Faro, Portugal (Preference for female applicants)


We are hiring a skilled Team Lead to oversee our biometric passport processing team in Faro, Portugal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of passport processors and ensuring that all biometric passports are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of passport processors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports
- Monitor daily operations and workload distribution within the team
- Train new team members on proper passport processing procedures
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Communicate with government officials and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain updated knowledge of biometric passport regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in biometric passport processing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and government officials
- Familiarity with biometric passport regulations and procedures
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills preferred but not required)
