Part-Time Biometric Passport Team Lead
Location: Faro, Portugal


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Biometric Passport Team Lead in Faro, Portugal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of freshers in the processing and issuance of biometric passports.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of freshers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of biometric passport applications
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports of team productivity and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes and regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week) including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
