Team Lead


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to join our team in Faro. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members
- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Evaluate individual performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication
- Create work schedules and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of projects
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for efficiency
- Train new team members on processes, procedures, and company policies
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management software preferred
