You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and deliverables are of high quality. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in motivating team members and keeping them on track to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
