As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and implementing project activities to ensure that they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience in project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong leadership abilities to effectively manage project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities to ensure successful completion
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment towards project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project management
