Job Title: Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a contract position, open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online chat, email, and social media to provide information and assistance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with navigating our website and online services
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively answer client questions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences
- Proficient in using various online platforms (chat, email, social media)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1300$ per month
