We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Faro. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate responses
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to provide the best possible service to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Experience working with virtual communication platforms (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
- Must have a valid work permit or residency in Portugal

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month.
