We are searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums and social media platforms to ensure that all content posted is in line with our company's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content on various online platforms
- Identifying and removing any inappropriate or offensive content
- Responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the team to develop and enforce community guidelines
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Providing valuable insights on user behavior and trends to improve our moderation strategies

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Experience in customer service or community management is preferred
