Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Faro. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades. This is a full-time job with competitive salary of 1800$ per month, plus the added benefit of free visa and ticket. This position is suitable for students looking for hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior facades on buildings
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks on existing facades
- Work with various materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks
- Ensure all work is done according to safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of various facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit (or ability to obtain one)

Working Conditions:
The job involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. It may also require working at heights using scaffolding or lifts. You will be required to wear safety gear at all times.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this position. Additional certification or training in facade installation or maintenance is an asset.

This position is based in Faro, Portugal.
