Facade Technician - Faro, Portugal



We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades for any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance on facades such as cleaning, sealing, and painting.
- Work with various materials including glass, metal, stone, and concrete to create facades.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of facades.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on scaffolding or at heights.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in facade installation is preferred.
- Proven experience working with building facades is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to work on scaffolding or at heights for extended periods of time.
- Fluent in Portuguese. Knowledge of English is a plus.
