We are hiring a skilled Tiler to join our team on a contract basis in Faro. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise and accurate placement
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them, as well as removing any old tiles or adhesive
- Mix and apply tile adhesives, grout, sealants, and other materials needed for installation or repair
- Install tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using various techniques such as cementing, nailing, stapling, or gluing
- Repair damaged tiles or grout by replacing them or applying new layers of adhesive or grout
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles to create aesthetically pleasing patterns
- Cut and shape tiles using hand tools or power tools such as tile cutters and saws
- Follow safety standards and regulations while working with tools and materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of tiles and their properties
- Familiarity with various tile installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in standing positions for long periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating tile placement
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position.
