We are hiring a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing coats of plaster on walls, ceilings, and partitions of buildings to create a smooth and attractive surface. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios for desired consistency
- Apply plaster coats using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth and level plaster with trowels or other tools
- Create decorative textures using various techniques
- Repair damaged areas of existing plasterwork
- Follow safety guidelines when working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of various plastering techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Good communication skills
- Own basic hand tools
- Availability to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.
