We are in search of a highly motivated and hardworking Entry-Level Plasterer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in learning the trade and gaining valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding them before applying plaster
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using trowels or sprayers
- Smooth out uneven areas and remove excess materials
- Create decorative textures and designs as per client requests
- Repair cracks, holes, or any damage on existing plaster surfaces

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different projects
