Plasterer (Entry-Level)


Our construction company in Faro is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As an Entry-Level Plasterer, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the plastering trade.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and application of plaster materials on various surfaces
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate and precise work
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish surfaces
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces prior to plastering
- Clean and maintain work area and tools
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in plastering is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in plastering
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills from experienced professionals

Salary:
Starting salary for this entry-level position is $1200 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Faro.

Experience:
While previous experience is preferred, this job is also suitable for freshers who are motivated to learn the trade.

Location:
Our construction projects are primarily located in Faro, so candidates must be willing to travel within the city for work.
