Plasterboard Worker

A construction company in Faro is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in plastering and drywall installation, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing out any imperfections
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions
- Install insulation and soundproofing materials as needed
- Communicate with other workers on the construction site to coordinate tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in plastering and drywall installation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labor tasks
- Own tools are preferred but not required

As this is a contract job, the duration of employment will depend on the project timeline. The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Applicants must have their own visa that allows them to work in Faro.
