Junior Plasterboard Worker - Entry Level

We are a reputable construction company based in Faro and we are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Junior Plasterboard Worker. As a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience in the field, this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in plasterboard installation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior plasterboard workers in measuring and cutting plasterboard according to specifications
- Install plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
- Mix and apply joint compound to seal gaps between plasterboards
- Smooth out any imperfections on the surface of the plasterboards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in construction or related field is an asset
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in plasterboard installation
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
