We are a leading construction company located in Faro, seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various finishing tasks on construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.

Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish, and sealant to surfaces
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on finished surfaces
- Install and repair trim, baseboards, and other decorative elements
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and filling in imperfections
- Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a finisher or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Basic understanding of carpentry and woodworking principles
- Strong physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
