Job Title: Skilled Turner in Faro



We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Faro. As a Turner, you will be responsible for working with various tools and machinery to shape and manipulate metal pieces. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various tools and machinery such as lathes, grinders, drills, and mills
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate materials for each project
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machinery as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner in a metal fabrication or manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of metal properties and ability to select appropriate materials for projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Skilled in operating various tools and machinery used in turning processes
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working with metal machinery

Salary:
$1400 per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must be willing to relocate or currently reside in Faro.
