As a Turner in Faro, Portugal, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to shape and cut metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. Your role will be crucial in the manufacturing process, as you will play a significant part in creating high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary tools and equipment for each project
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, grinders, mills, and drills to shape and cut metal components
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and performing regular maintenance on machines
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues or improve processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
- Strong knowledge of different metals, their properties, and how they react to different cutting techniques
- Ability to operate various machines with precision
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Portuguese (both verbal and written) is preferred but not required
