Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete according to project specifications
- Operating various tools and equipment such as concrete saws, drills, and trowels
- Setting up and removing forms for concrete placement
- Assisting with the installation of reinforcing materials
- Ensuring proper curing and finishing of concrete surfaces
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues or defects
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Concrete Worker
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Certification or training in concrete work
- Experience with decorative concrete techniques
- Knowledge of local building codes
