Industrial Alpinist Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist Technician to join our team in Faro. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at height, including inspection, maintenance, and construction work on industrial structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access and work at heights
- Inspect and maintain industrial structures using specialized equipment
- Assist with construction projects at height
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or in a similar role
- Certification in industrial rope access techniques (IRATA or equivalent)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working at heights
- Physically fit with the ability to work in challenging environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or overtime when necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal.
