Entry-Level Metal Worker


We are seeking an entry-level Metal Worker to join our team in Faro. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal products according to blueprints and specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain hands-on training and develop a career in metalworking.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine materials needed and fabrication process
- Operate various hand and power tools to cut, bend, shape, and form metal pieces
- Weld or solder metal pieces together using various techniques
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards
- Repair damaged metal products as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in metalworking preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one is preferred but not required
