We are currently hiring a Solar Installer to join our team in Faro. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment according to project specifications
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and connected to the electrical system
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites

Requirements:
- No prior experience in solar installation required, but experience in construction or electrical work is preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in Faro (visa sponsorship available)
- Physically fit and able to work at heights as needed
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: Starting at 1300$ per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
