Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Solar Installer to join our team in Faro. This is a part-time position that does not require any previous experience or specific qualifications, making it an ideal opportunity for women looking to enter the solar industry. As a Solar Installer, you will work alongside our experienced team to install and maintain solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels on roofs, ground mounts, and other structures
- Use hand and power tools to secure panels and connect wiring
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of existing solar installations
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar systems
- Follow safety protocols and ensure safe working practices at all times
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is also beneficial)
