Architectural Technologist in Faro, Portugal


We are currently hiring for the position of Architectural Technologist in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings for construction projects
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create accurate 3D models and visualizations
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Assist in cost estimation and procurement of materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
