We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed architectural designs and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all designs meet project requirements and adhere to building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop designs and plans for construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for designs
- Research materials and construction methods to ensure feasibility of designs
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Monitor project progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about architecture, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
