Job Title: Contract Architectural Technologist - Faro, Portugal


We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in the development and execution of architectural plans for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings
- Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and cost estimates
- Research materials and building techniques to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other similar software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for this contract position.
