We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and specifications for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Analyze building codes, bylaws, space requirements, and other technical documents
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure construction is following plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Portuguese
