As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. Your main goal will be to transform clients' visions into reality while adhering to budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other related software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.
