Job Title: Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, and retail spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative design solutions that meet their budget and functional requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop design concepts that align with client's goals and budget
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure efficient use of space and compliance with building codes
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Manage project progress from conception to completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: Competitive salary starting at 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for all nationalities.

Location: This position is based in Faro, Portugal but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
