Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faro. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

As an Industrial Architect, you must have a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and materials used in industrial construction. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Develop design proposals that meet client needs and adhere to building codes
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Faro, Portugal
